The annual UT vs. Georgia weekend. This time in Athens and it was hot as blazes! We are hiding in the breezeway during halftime to cool off.
UT Culinary Institute has been hosting wine and beer pairing classes. They are so much fun!
Sam moved in with us. Sam is the 19-year-old brother of our sweet friend Sarah. He is living with us as "transitional living" to learn how to be an adult and live on his own.
We spent a little time away at a cabin in the middle of nowhere North Carolina.
Kim and Leslie came to visit so that Kim and Andy could take a ride in this!
November wouldn't be complete without spending an evening supporting East Tennessee Children's Hospital at the Fantasy of Trees Gala.
Thanksgiving Day was spent enjoying the warmer than normal temps and dining with friends.
Then we headed to Missouri for our sweet friend Kelly's wedding!
Sam graduated from high school! Here he is with his beautiful sisters!
We hosted a really fun Christmas Open House for our neighbors.
We rang in the New Year with a party at our house, but managed to take zero pictures.
We also had a few snow days in January. This was teh snowiest winter I remember since moving to Knoxville in 1997!
We celebrated our one year anniversary at the Dancing Bear Lodge in Townsend. I HIGHLY recommend this amazing resort. It is reasonably priced with cozy cabins and a phenomenal restaurant.
Auntie Les' Sweetheart Party lives! And it is even more fun with Silly Mr. Andy along for the ride.
We went to the "Movies and Martinis" fundraiser at the L&N Station. It was fun to return to the site of our wedding reception! This is one of the last events to be held at the L&N before it is transformed into a high school.
Pictures yet to be downloaded. We have been having fun and laying low. And today we are beginning our basement remodeling project. I hate renovations. Don't get me wrong, I love the end product, but hate the process. Pray for me and my sweet husband who will have to put up with me for a few months!
